Dear friends and Fellows of CSLI Annapolis,

Some very positive things to report as we are underway in 2017:

  • Both Y1 & Y2 Fellows Classes are strong and over half-way through their Fellows year;
  • Our SJC men and women's fellowships are doing amazing with over 30 students attending these fellowships weekly.  We are looking forward to our 2nd Annual SJC Fellowship Retreat at Osprey Point, MD in April 7-8;
  • Our midshipmen Associate Program is going very well with 24 midshipmen doing a modified version of the Fellows Programs for students.  We are discussing plans now for a 2017-18 Associate Offering;
  • The Associate Program for lay persons is going well at the MACC (Mid-Atlantic Community Church) and may be a model for more of these programs at additional churches beginning this fall;
  • Our Pastor Luncheon Fellowship will be having the first luncheon of 2017 on February 15th at noon at YellowFin restaurant and we expect 50 or more pastors to attend this event as they do the other quarterly luncheons;
But now is the time to consider the Fellows Program if you have been waiting to get in the next class.  

If you are considering participating in the Fellows Program for the 2016-2017 year, we will begin accepting applications February 1st and applications will be due by April 30th. Watch this page for the applications to go online:  www.cslewisinstitute.org/Annapolis. 

Here are the requirements for participating in the Fellows Program.

Fellows 2017 Information 

It takes 6-8 hours/week to accomplish the program. 

Each month you: 
* read about 300 pages of selecting readings; 
* meet with a mentor;
* meet with 2-4 other men/women in a small group;
* have a group Fellows meeting (Oct 14 and 1st Sat morning of month Nov - Jun)

You must attend a 2 day retreat Sept 8/9 (Fri/Sat after Labor Day weekend) at Osprey Point, MD.

Cost is $350 for books and $350 for the retreat. (approximate, may be less, not more)

Applications are due April 30, 2017. Interviews and Fellows selections are made by May 15, 2017.

New class begins readings May 15 with pre-orientation tasks to be completed before the orientation.
