Client of the Month: Eric Friedberg
Now in his fourth month working for Publix, Eric is spreading his wings with the help of his employment coach, Lauren Vaneman. Lauren believes that Eric's biggest asset is his warm heart, big smile and willingness to help others.
When asked about his work ethic, Lauren says, "Eric is punctual, always groomed to perfection, and willing to go in and lend a helping hand when Publix is in need of additional staff."

Provider Rate Request for 2017 Legislative Session
Victory Living Programs and all Arc Chapters in Florida are grateful for the rate increases in the 2016 session. While some of the crisis was avoided, APD is still experiencing a mass exodus of providers, leaving families trying to find services. The 2016 rate increase was approximately 3.5%. While the remaining 11% from the 2016 request is still needed and funds must be recurring, providers are facing an additional crisis in workers compensation increases of up to 14.9%. Read More

Hoops, Volleyball, Track & Bocce - Let's Play!
Congratulations to three basketball teams going to the Special Olympics state competition!
The Shooters, Ballers and the Players teams will all travel to Tavares, Florida on February
10th and 11th to compete.
Here at home, volleyball, bocce and track practices have all started. Looking forward to a fun season!
