Spring Art Classes: Registration will open on February 6 for youth and adult six-week classes beginning the week of March 6.
Don't miss the gallery opening for
Home Grown on Friday, February 3, 6:30-8:30 pm. This popular, annual exhibit features an eclectic mix of work from over 100 local artists! The exhibit will be on display through March 24.
Join us on Mondays and Thursdays, 10:00 am-12:00 pm, for Drop-In Art for Preschoolers & Homeschoolers, ages 2 and up. Register online or pay at the door, $5 per hour, per child.

: Now offered by Lake Norman Little League, register through February 11, for girls ages 7-16.
Adult Softball
: Men's "C" and coed divisions. Returning teams register beginning February 13; new teams beginning February 27.
Senior Softball
: Coed leagues for ages 50 plus and 65 plus. Register through February 26.
Soccer

Register children and adults with the Carolina Rapids until February 12.
Lacrosse
: Register with Xtreme Lacrosse for boys and girls, kindergarten through high school, now through February 19.
Tennis
: Lessons offered for children and adults year round with the Lake Norman Tennis Academy.

: Seniors can drop in for free play on Sunday afternoons, 2:00-4:00 pm at J.V. Washam Recreation Center. For ages 50 and up.

This 2.6-mile greenway will connect Bailey Road Park at Highway 115 to Highway 21 near the Northcross Shopping Center.
Construction began on March 14, 2016, and is scheduled to be complete by spring 2017.
