Home Grown 2014 Don't miss the gallery opening for Home Grown on Friday, February 3, 6:30-8:30 pm. This popular, annual exhibit features an eclectic mix of work from over 100 local artists! The exhibit will be on display through March 24.

Child painter Join us on Mondays and Thursdays, 10:00 am-12:00 pm, for Drop-In Art for Preschoolers & Homeschoolers, ages 2 and up. Register online or pay at the door, $5 per hour, per child.

Beyond Walls Public Art Exhibition 2017-18: Calling all professional artists - apply for our third annual sculpture show. Entries are due by Friday, February 3.

Floral Workshop in Watercolor : Learn techniques and follow step-by-step instructions to complete several paintings. Taught by Michelle Podgorski. $35 residents, $40 non-residents.

Found Object Jewelry Making : Learn to create unique jewelry by upcycling found objects like old keys, vintage or broken jewelry, stones and more. Taught by Renee Calder. $35 residents, $40 non-residents.

Huntersville-Cornelius Youth Volleyball , for girls ages 9-18.

Baseball : Register with Lake Norman Little League through February 11, for boys ages 6-14.

Tee-Ball : Register with Lake Norman Little League through February 11, for boys and girls ages 4-6.

Girls' Softball : Now offered by Lake Norman Little League, register through February 11, for girls ages 7-16.

Adult Softball : Men's "C" and coed divisions. Returning teams register beginning February 13; new teams beginning February 27.
 
Senior Softball : Coed leagues for ages 50 plus and 65 plus. Register through February 26.

Soccer :  Register children and adults with the Carolina Rapids until February 12.

Lacrosse : Register with Xtreme Lacrosse for boys and girls, kindergarten through high school, now through February 19.

Pickleball : Seniors can drop in for free play on Sunday afternoons, 2:00-4:00 pm at J.V. Washam Recreation Center. For ages 50 and up.

Golf camp 2016
We will begin registration to the public (both residents and non-residents) for over 100 Summer Sports Camps and Summer Arts & Recreation C amps starting March 1 at 7:00 am!
 
SDC Summer Day Camps : For these full-day camps only, Cornelius residents will have a priority registration period of March 1-14. Registration will open to the general public on March 15 for any spaces remaining in our full-day camps.

CALDWELL STATION CREEK GREENWAY
This 2.6-mile greenway will connect Bailey Road Park at Highway 115 to Highway 21 near the Northcross Shopping Center. Construction began on March 14, 2016, and is scheduled to be complete by spring 2017.  For your safety, we remind you to please not enter the work area until construction is complete . View the map.

THERAPEUTIC RECREATION
Super Bowl Party - Join us for dancing, food and games.
