Project Description: Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Birmingham, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development; hospitality development; and restaurant. The scope of work includes the construction of a retail development to include a Comfort Inn, Starbucks and Walgreens. There will also be an adjacent building that will include five yet to be named restaurants.The project is in the final planning stages.

Project Description: A 65,000-square-foot venue on a 10-acre site along 12th Avenue North near Carraway Boulevard. The development will expand the Uptown Entertainment District next to the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex. Construction starts in early 2017 with completion and opening expected before the end of the year.
