COMPETITION #3 FEES

Deadline: Monday, February 13th, 2017

Due to yesterday's snow storm and class cancellations, we have extended the deadline for Competition #3 payments until Monday, February 13th, 2017. To avoid late fees, you may...

1) Leave a pre-written check in an envelope with your dancer's first and last name at the front desk.

2) Visit Eleni at the downstairs desk on Monday, February 13th @ 5:30-8:00pm

3) Mail a check to 110 Sutton Street, North Andover, MA 01845. It must be post-marked on or before Monday, February 13th, 2017.

Any payment received after Monday, February 13th, 2017 is subject to late fees. Reminder: Competition Fees must be paid in cash or check only. Please reference your Competition Team Tour flyer for detailed amounts.

This group is a very helpful resource for information, updates, forms/flyers, communication, etc. If you have a Facebook account and are not part of this group, you should click the link below to join right now....But really, do it RIGHT NOW!!!

COMPETITION COSTUMES

All Costumes Will Be Distributed in Class

Competition Costumes are arriving so be on the look out when you pick up your dancer from class during the month of February. When costumes arrive they are handed out in class to the students. If your dancer is absent during class time, they will receive the costume(s) the following week during that specific class only.

DRESS REHEARSAL

Dress Rehearsal will take place during your child's regular class time and is dependent upon the arrival date of your child's costume(s). Dress Rehearsal schedules will be emailed to you shortly.

COSTUME ACCESSORIES

Costume Accessories will be emailed to all Competition Team members in a spreadsheet. It is up to you to make sure your child has the correct color/style shoes, tights, hair styles etc. for Dress Rehearsal. Please note: Competition Team dancers may NOT spray paint shoes unless it is a specialty color.

Exception: We will be ordering/providing all wigs and hair extensions/cheer curls.

EXTRA REHEARSALS

Teachers are working on organizing and scheduling extra rehearsals. You will receive a separate email detailing extra rehearsal times for each class. Not every class will have extra rehearsals.

TEAM CHIPPS PEP RALLY

Friday, February 17th, 2017 | 6:00-8:00pm

Wear your CHIPPS gear to school and dance class and come celebrate the start of the competition season with your teammates!

Don't miss your opportunity to hang with your fellow CHIPPS as we get psyched for the season. All members of the Nancy Chippendale Competition Team are invited to attend. Little Chipps will be meeting their Big Chipps. Dancers will be served pizza and will showcase some of their competition dances to the whole 2017 Comp Team! Please wear your dance clothes, warm up suit and bring all dance shoes and a drink. Make sure your first and last name is written on your dance shoes and warm up suit. GO CHIPPS!

Cost: $5 per dancer due at the time of registration at the front desk.

*Please register no later than Wednesday, February 15th so that we have an accurate headcount for pizza.

ATTENDANCE & ABSENCES

As we approach the 2017 Competition Season, we urge you to stay on top of your children in terms of health and wellness. We are constantly educating them on the dangers of sharing beverages, utensils and putting their hands in their mouths. It is imperative for your child to attend all dance classes in February and March as these are the most crucial times for choreography.

If a dancer is sick or injured he/she is encouraged to come to class and watch. Please help us as we try to teach our dancers how to tough it out and push through certain ailments. If a dancer is seriously ill, please keep them home.
