Tu B'Shevat Celebration
Sunday February 12, 2017

Classes will be celebrating the beautiful beginning of spring with the holiday of
Tu B'Shevat

We'll be learning about the holiday through activities, crafts, planting and classroom seders.

Tonight!
Shabbat Shirah

Come join fellow congregants as we celebrate a very special moment in the Torah, a very musical moment in Jewish biblical history.  We will offer musical praise as did our ancestors in worship after the miraculous parting of the sea.

The service will be brimming with music performed by members of the congregation and Cantor Sobel, who will also chant the Song at the Sea.

Join us for what promises to be a very special Shabbat of song and celebration.

Meryll and Michael Wolfman will be sponsoring the flowers and oneg in honor of past president Michael Wolfman's birthday!

REMINDER!
Please fill out the TBC Survey

Please fill it out as soon as your receive it so that your voice will be heard.

If you have not received it yet please contact Cindy Baulsir, or the Strategic Planning Lead, Dina Gumins. (Make sure first to double check your Gmail Promotions tab or spam folder.)

Each and every question within the survey is important and addresses different aspects of TBC

After 40 years we continue to evolve as a congregation. We're at a place where we want to think differently/creatively about the future while ensuring the needs of our congregation continue to be met. To that end, we've embarked on a consultant-led strategic planning process. A critical component of this process is to solicit feedback from the congregation.
Please participate to help make TBC the synagogue you would like it to be!

The Gift of Coping Skills: Helping to Build Your Child's Resiliency (and Restore Your Sanity)

We all know our children need coping skills when they don't get what they want. This includes anything from not making a team, not getting a good grade, not being invited to a party, not getting to go to a friend's house, to having to deal with limits on their screen time and technology usage.

This interactive presentation will use your real-life everyday situations in which coping is NEEDED.

You will leave with practical suggestions, skills and possibly a new perspective.

Family Services Pictures!

We had a fun Shabbat family service with a kid-friendly Preneg (pizza & veggies.)
The family service included song, story and worship followed by a birthday celebration and Oneg with a certified nut-free option at the dessert table.
