NOVA Internship to Employment

NOVA, a nonprofit, federally-funded employment and training agency, provides customer-focused workforce development services. We work closely with local businesses, educators, and job seekers to ensure that our programs provide opportunities that build the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to address the workforce needs of Silicon Valley.

The goal of the Internship to Employment program is to enable skilled technical jobseekers who have relevant work experience and training to transition back into the workforce by enhancing skills and developing industry connections.

Each technical internship is customized to meet the needs of the employer and intern. Internships last from 7 to 8 weeks and are capped at 20 hours per week. Interns are paid by NOVA, with the employer contributing 50% of the wages

This is great opportunity to try out a prospective employee with no risk since the intern is not on your company payroll and there is no commitment to hire at the conclusion of the internship

If you are interested in a technical internship opportunity, please contact Pat Richards at (408) 730-7847 or [email protected]. For more information, click here for a flyer.
