Each of my Home Staging Projects is approached in a slightly different manner, as each home is that much different from the next.
These Before & After photos clearly illustrate how staging not only makes a home look more appealing to the buying audience, but also sets the emotional tone for the listing, and makes a home look larger than it would appear when it is shown empty. Space planning is a very important part of what we do when we are preparing a staging installation. All furniture pieces must be of the correct scale and in the proper style. New York's Newest (& Sassiest) Broker
It was only after much procrastinating (because I am always working!) that I decided to finally take the New York State exam to become an Associate Broker. Having had the work experience years ago, I was actually a bit nervous about attending broker school and taking the test surrounded by these whipper snappers. In true Red Jacket Style, I was the first one done and passed with flying colors. This new year is only one month old, and I can assure you it feels like a winner. New amazing firm, complete with New fabulous office, New title for my business cards, and New business from both my real estate and home staging clients. Say hello to actor Dane DeHaan! Dane is a six-month-old, 15-pound Scottish Terrier (Scotty Dog) mix. This Dane is no Green Goblin - he's a friendly guy who gets along with other dogs and kids too!
