You will learn how to present yourself and your ideas with polish; the critical success factors of a presentation; how to plan and structure your message; how to deal effectively with the question and answer period; the impact of non-verbal communication; and positive active listening skills.
This workshop will take place on February 21st and due to the nature of this workshop, seating will be limited! Each participant will have the chance to present and

a 3 minute presentation.

Unconscious Cognitive Biases
Join Dr. Carlos Davidovich on March 24th at 8AM as he teaches us about the influences that unconscious biases have on our behavior. He will also help us understand the negative consequences unconscious biases can have, how to rewrite those patterns, and to understand which unconscious biases are useful and when they are ineffective.
Originally from Argentina, he has been with Optimum Talent since 2013, working as an executive coach, facilitator, and is certified in Optimum Talent's SuccessFinder Career System. Carlos has expertise in NeuroLeadership, NeuroManagement , and NeuroMarketing.
