Takes Home Best of Show at the 2017 ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival

JUPITER, Fla. -- The 2017 ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival presented by Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and produced by the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce Michael Paul Cole from Hannibal, Mo., has won Best of Show for his photography work.  

"I'm really honored to be named best of show. It's wonderful and I'm in total shock," said Cole, who studied chemical engineering in college but became a professional photographer thirty-two years ago. 

The winners were selected by three judges who scored each artist and awarded a Best of Show and a first-place winner in each of the 14 categories. The following is a list of the artists who placed first in each category:

ArtiGras, located in Downtown Abacoa in Jupiter, Fla., will run through Monday, February 20. Celebrating 32 years in Palm Beach County and the 15th year in Abacoa, the ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival presented by Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is the premier fine art show of the Palm Beaches.  Ranked as one of the Top 50 art shows in the United States, ArtiGras showcases a unique juried exhibition of nearly 300 fine artists from all over the country.
