Michelle Oana is Promoted to the Myeloma Canada Leadership Team
 
In recognition of her outstanding achievements over the past year, the Board of Directors of Myeloma Canada is pleased to announce the promotion of Michelle Oana to the position of Associate Director, Development and Communications and the Myeloma Canada Leadership Team.
 
Previously, Michelle held the position of Manager of Community Events and Fundraising. In less than a year, she achieved significant successes, delivering on a number of milestones including surpassing fundraising goals and contributing to the success of scientific and community events.

In her new role Michelle will contribute to Myeloma Canada's development strategy and grow our revenue by creating new fundraising and revenue streams within and outside of the current Canadian myeloma community. In her new mandate she will also manage Myeloma Canada's strategic communication, including public relations, awareness and community relations to ensure alignment with our overall strategic direction. Michelle's talent for communications, partnership development, stakeholder relations management and philanthropy will contribute significantly to the long-term sustainability of Myeloma Canada. 
 
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. She will continue to be based at the Myeloma Canada head office in Montreal. Michelle can be contacted at [email protected] .
