This workshop will show you how the various elements of a marketing & sales plan work together to drive your revenue and profit. Starting with “the customer” and customer segmentation, we’ll review the keys of an effective marketing/sales plan – product or service, pricing, promotion (branding, marketing communications, sales), place (channels) – and provide tips for improving and integrating your efforts. A series of self-evaluations will prompt you to critically think about your current sales & marketing efforts.
This workshop is aimed at the established business looking to grow revenue and profit to “the next level”. However, the start-up seeking a better understanding of the sales & marketing aspects of their business will find it useful as well.
