Announcement: Ann Fields Monical Joins the Staff of TAF

The Tippecanoe Arts Federation is happy to announce that Ann Fields Monical will be joining its staff as Chief Operating Officer. Ann Fields Monical, a Lafayette-area native and Purdue alumna, has cultivated a lifelong interest in the arts. She holds a masters degree in arts administration from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Ann joins the Tippecanoe Arts Federation from the Arts Council of Indianapolis where she worked to raise the visibility of the arts in Indianapolis through coordinating the agency's communications and marketing efforts. She has also held previous positions in community engagement and grants administration with the Indiana Arts Commission, Bloomington Entertainment & Arts District, and Eskenazi Museum of Art.

"Ann's addition to the staff of TAF adds a great amount of depth to our capacity as an arts council for the region. Her involvement in the arts throughout the state further adds a dynamic to the organization that will enrich its services and programs," states Tetia Lee, Executive Director of TAF.
