Raspberry Champagne Floats
Perfect Valentine's Day Dessert
(Makes 2 Drinks)
INGREDIENTS
- Several Fresh Raspberries (Can use blueberries or strawberries if you prefer)
- 2 Scoops of Raspberry Sorbet
- 1 cup of Pink Champagne (Can be Extra Dry, Brut, or sweeter if that is what you prefer. Barefoot Pink Moscato is a nice choice.)
DIRECTIONS
1. Put a single scoop of raspberry sorbet into each decorative champagne or wine glass (depends on how big of a float you want and/or what type of glasses you have available)
2. Pour 1/2 cup of champagne in the glass over the sorbet
3. Garnish with fresh raspberries and enjoy with your sweetheart.
