Our bishop, the Rt. Rev. Stephen Lane, will be visiting (next) Sunday, Feb. 26th.  WE WILL HAVE ONE SERVICE AT 9:30 am; we will Confirm and Receive (those entering from another Communion) as we all re-affirm our baptismal vows. Bp. Lane will be available in a forum after the service, then meet with the vestry and have lunch with our wardens.

Our bishop is a leader in guiding the church into the 21st century. We are participating with him in Living Local/Trusting God, about which you will hear more in the coming months. In today's liturgy is the contemporary version of the Lord's Prayer, which the bishop has requested for his visit.

If you desire healing prayer during our worship, please come to the altar as the last group is receiving communion.   You may make a brief request, or simply come for the laying on of hands and anointing.

Please note the Adopt-a-Spot board in the parish hall - an opportunity to contribute a task in our life together.

Our website is up. Take note, and make contributions to keeping up to date. Special thanks to Paul Beaudette and Joyce Theriault for many attentive hours of preparation.

  Yours faithfully,
  Dan+
NEW!!! St. Michael's Website is NEW

New Website for St. Michael's About a year ago, the Diocese announced that they had obtained an agreement with a web designer to synchronize all the diocesan websites to create continuity. They were released a few at a time and ours came up last fall.

We have been working on bringing information and content into it over the last few months as none of us are really web gurus. But thanks to support from Heidi Shott and Teresa Pinney, we have finally arrived. Joyce Theriault and myself have plugged away at it over the last few months. Check it out for your self.

We're always looking for content for it, so don't be bashful, put your thoughts down on paper and share it with the rest of us. We would like to have 4 people contributing one story a month for each week of the newsletter and website. Thank you Calvin Dube for getting the ball rolling on that, we look forward to your inputs.
