As a courtesy to your fellow students and your trainers, we request that you refrain from talking during class...moaning, grunting, and heavy breathing is always encouraged though! Also, we ask that you please wait to get on the Megaformer until the prior class is completed, it can be very distracting to the students taking the class...your cooperation is appreciated.
Class Charges - Hey, we LOVE when you guys want to take more classes but just a quick reminder to members that are on the 8 classes per month membership...If you happen to take more than 8 classes in the month, you will be charged $17.50 per class. Any questions, please just let us know.
All auto-pay memberships (3 month, etc) are also auto-renewing. So, that means that when your 3 months end, it will always automatically renew your membership for the following 3 months. To discontinue the membership, please email us at least 5 days before the renewal date.
Lost & Found - Please check out the lost and found located in the baskets in the back of the studio for any missing items. We will be donating all items at the end of each month.
