President's Letter
Dear Farmington Square Residents:
2017 is off to a good start, except for a little less bitter cold. I, and the rest of the Board Members, look forward to helping promote the unique character of Farmington Square. Our intent is to work with the homeowners to help make 2017 another year of forward thinking, open communication and a continued effort to maintain and improve our subdivision. Our annual meeting in December outlined what we accomplished in 2016 and our goals for 2017. Many of the attending residents participated in the discussions that came about throughout the evening. We are happy to see the homeowners engaging and investing again for the good of our neighborhood. The year will be active with revisions to the Bylaws, Covenants and Restriction in our continued efforts to add value to our subdivision. The entrances will be another concentration for the Board in regards to aesthetics of first impression someone will see as they enter the subdivision. We welcome comments and feedback directly from the homeowners to help us remain responsive to their desires and needs. Please stay connected to the website for further newsletters, events and general information so that you can find out what is happening in our neighborhood. Also, we welcome your attendance at the monthly Board meetings to stay better tuned to the matters we handle on a regular basis. I just ask that you notify me so that I can give the attendance count to the Board member who is hosting that night's meeting. Enjoy the winter! Sincerely, Mickey Nagler
