Vincent Brown and Erica Moody to be Featured at Miller Legacy Dinner on February 28th
Recent Honors College graduate, Vincent Brown and current KSU Honors student, Erica Moody, have been
chosen for recognition due to their academic achievements at the (Zell) Miller Legacy Dinner on February 28th.
Vincent Brown earned his B.A. in Integrative Studies with a dual concentration in French and Korean languages in December 2016. Vincent's plans for the future include traveling to South Korea for a minimum of one year where he will teach English. Additionally, he plans to attend graduate school to study Urban Planning and later return to the United States to help improve national infrastructure and transportation networks.
Erica Moody is a current KSU Honors Student and will graduate in May 2017 as a Coles Business Scholar/Economics major. Following her graduation, Erica hopes to pursue postgraduate study in the field of Behavioral Economics. In particular, she hopes to study the impacts of poverty on rational decision making, and see how these insights can be used to improve public policy.
Both Honors students, have also been selected as Semi-finalists for the esteemed Fulbright Scholarship, meaning that their applications have been chosen by the National Screening Committees to be forwarded to the host country Fulbright Commissions and/or embassies for final selection.
