    Fifty years ago this month, Patti Gallagher Mansfield participated in a weekend retreat near Pittsburgh - called the "Duquesne Weekend" - that was the beginning of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal in the United States.  The Feb. 11 issue of the Clarion Herald highlights how Mansfield's experience with the Holy Spirit has spread to millions of Catholics around the world.
