This Sunday, our youth will lead us in worship at all three services. It is always exciting for me to hear how God is at work in the lives of young people. I am especially jazzed by the focus they have chosen for this weekend: using your spiritual gifts.
What a great witness to the impact of this church on their lives...that here they are being encouraged to think and pray about how God has wired them, to discover their own uniqueness within the body of Christ, and to explore ways in which their gifts can honor God in the service of others.
This year's theme for Trinity Yoots has been "Tell Your Story" and on Sunday, you will hear several of our youth offer their own testimonies about how Christ is at work in the use of their spiritual gifts for the good of God's kingdom. Sonlight will be offering several songs to enhance the message of the day.
I encourage you to show your love and support for our youth throughout this weekend. They will join together Friday evening for an overnight lock-in here on the church grounds to finish preparations. Your prayers during the lock-in and your presence at one of the three services on Sunday (8:15, 9:40, or 11:00) will mean so much.

p.s. To cap off this Sunday, all youth (middle school and high school) and their families are invited to join in the fun for outdoor games and activities on Trinity's athletic fields from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Wear athletic clothes and bring $3 for dinner.
