Stephen Ministry
Christ Caring for People Through People
This is the essence of the Stephen Ministry program at First Pres Wheaton. This Sunday at both services your Stephen Ministry team will be making a short presentation to give members and visitors insights into this one-on-one program for people that are going through a difficult time.

There will also be a session during the Adult Education Hour in the Living Room this Sunday that will provide a further opportunity to learn more about Stephen Ministry. We are also thinking about the need to expand our number of Stephen Ministers and this would be a good time for anyone considering this lay Ministry to seek more information.

On Saturday, February 25,we start a 5 week Lenten study - He Chose the Nails Study Guide: What God Did to Win Your Heart - by Max Lucado (Author)

Every gift from God reveals his love, but no gift reveals his love more than the gifts of the cross. These gifts came not wrapped in paper but in passion. They were not placed around a tree but around a cross. They were not covered with ribbons but sprinkled with the blood that Christ shed on our behalf. In this five-session video Bible study, Max Lucado explores the many gifts that Christ provided to us at his crucifixion.

Breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m. next to the kitchen. Please contact us   to be sure we have enough bacon for all.
