Whom does the Hosting Broker Represent?
|
NEW!
Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline lawyer
Annie Fitzsimmons tells us her Legal Hotline Mailbag recently received a question on this scenario:
Listing Broker wants to hold an open house but cannot be there. Listing Broker wants to ask another Broker to host the open house for the Listing Broker.
Is that okay? Is there any background information that listing broker or hosting broker need to be thinking about?
See Annie's response in this seven-minute video:

Other Duties As Assigned |
Association Executive
Rob Higgins performed other duties as assigned to remove an ice dam in the parking lot of the Spokane Association of REALTORS®, this week.
It took Rob more than an hour to break up the ice dam - a foot deep and 20-feet long - with pick and shovel.
The dam's removal became necessary when it blocked the flow of "Lake Shannon" (on right in photo) - so-named for the street it covered - to the nearest storm drain.
If anyone wishes to see the spirit of service of the SAR incarnate, let them see Rob!
