Stakeholder Groups

Attention Dog Owners - New Town Ordinance

The town board has revised and re-adopted its ordinance pertaining to the licensing and control of dogs.  The board has also worked with the Vilas County Clerk of Courts to develop the ability to issue citations for the enforcement of ordinances in the circuit court.  Other town ordinances are also being reviewed and those found worthy of enforcement will also be updated.  The new enforceable dog ordinance can be viewed on the "Ordinances" page of the town website (use link at the end of this message to access the website).
