Hi Everyone,
I bring you much news today.
So recently we heard from the prime minister Abadi and I quote
"I congratulate the Iraqi people on the full liberation of East Mosul, made possible by the courage and sacrifices of our armed forces".
But this is only the eastern half of Mosul region. Mosul is not yet fully liberated.
Iraqi forces have started preparing an offensive to capture the western side of Mosul from Islamic State, campaign commander Lieutenant General Abdul Ameer Rasheed Yarallah said.
Popular Mobilization "is preparing an operation in the next two, three days, to back up the operation to retake the right bank" of the city, on the western side of the Tigris river, Mosuliya TV cited him as saying

The 2015 Paris Agreement was entered into force on November 4, 2016; thirty days after the date on which at least 55 Parties to the Convention accounting in total for at least an estimated 55% of the total global greenhouse gas emissions have deposited their instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession with the UN Depositary.
Per GESARA compliance regulations, new elections and asset backed currency must be publicly presented by each nation to be in good standing compliance with the Paris Agreement within 120 days of its implementing day, or Thursday February 2, 2017.
This international law "back wall" date is exactly one week from today, Thursday January 26, 2017. Today is also conveniently placed just before the Chinese New Year (Saturday January 28, 2017) and Basel lll implementation day February 1, 2017 (financially retroactive to January 1, 2017).
Translated: The NPTB had long planned this week to be the release period for all necessary GCR/RV components. And why the Dow was allowed to cross the 20,000 point threshold on Wednesday January 25, 2017.

Ever since the first part of December ... the meetings have evolved ... now formed a SOLID monetary reform for the IQD.
I don't think we are dealing with the same issues that you are ... like ... "oh when is it going to come out? ... how much?"
We're not at the beginning of the book. We're not at chapter 1. No.
We're looking at the last sentence of the last page of the last chapter.
IMO ... TODAY would be a good day ... to put a PERIOD (.) at that last page ... that last sentence of the last paragraph.
The meetings intensified ... evolved ... to a point of satisfaction for all sides.
This is a cornucopia ... many voice ... listening to a select few voices.
IMO - maybe you should start tonight ... to look for movements of large capital.

How Long of a Delay?
PM Abadi and acting Governor of the Central Bank, Allak, both made statements in 2016 that predicted an outcome by Jan 1. Abadi had hoped to secure all of Mosul "by the end of the year," while Allak had hoped to "begin the project to delete the three zeroes by the beginning of the year." Both have had to admit that they need more time.
Let's be clear, the objective to secure Mosul and eliminate ISIS from Iraq, and the objective to bring the Iraq Dinar back into the international market with a market rate is still the focus. Both the security and the monetary reform is continuing to make progress. The only question is, "how much longer do they need?"

Family now I tell you IMO that in my study we are now past the RV....now here is why....remember the last time I was with you I said....someone saw something....someone did something that caused a change...remember those words....I want to define them for you because we are opening up this new file right now.
All of these meetings they are having is not just the IMF by the way....it is a lot of other entities....do I want to share them with you....no not right now....why are they meeting Frank....haven't they agreed to raise their rate....yes they have...haven't they agreed on the budget and it was approved by the US Treasury...yes they have....don't we have Mosul because it seems like they are just playing games with us about al-Baghdadi....
