Friday, January 27th, at 8:30 a.m.at RL Spokane at the Park (formerly Red Lion Inn at the Park), in the Skyline Ballroom.
Rob Curley, the new editor of
The Spokesman-Review, will be our special guest speaker. He has a very special story to share about his journey to Spokane, and you won't want to miss this passionate presentation!
SAR leadership had the chance to meet with Rob over lunch back in December - he even gave us a personal tour of the Review Tower (photo above). We were so impressed with his vision for the future of our newspaper, and the future of our city, that we asked him to speak to a larger group of REALTORS® at this meeting.

The National Association of REALTORS® is just out with the newest edition of our
Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, released
January 1, 2017.

New Congress, Administration

REALTORS® are gearing up for what is expected to be a busy first three months of the legislative season as a new Congress and new Administration tackle a number of priorities that affect real estate, including tax reform, the Affordable Care Act, regulatory reform, reauthorization of federal flood insurance, and what to do about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Your 2017 SAR annual dues were due
January 1st, 2017.
You should have received an email regarding this. If you did not receive this email, please call the SAR at 326-9222 or continue with the online payment process here.
To pay your 2017 SAR annual dues online, click on the graphic below, which will bring up the login screen for the SAR member portal:
Once online, use the Review and Pay Balance section to make your payment online. Alternately, you may retrieve an invoice while online to pay by mail, or you may pay in person at the SAR, 1924 North Ash Street.
