Local Families Seeking Holiday Assistance
This family with four children includes a 16-year-old with special needs. The mother
stays at home to take care of the children. The father works a low paying job and barely earns enough to cover their basic living expenses. They are seeking assistance from CAC for holiday gifts for the children.
The parents of 2 toddlers are struggling to stay in their home. The father lost his job and the mother is working extra shifts as a server to pay the bills. They have no extra funds for the holidays.

Thank You for Another Great Vintage Affair!
The 14th Annual
Vintage Affair was a great success, thank you everyone who attended, donated, sponsored, volunteered and had a great time with us at Holy Innocents' Episcopal Church on October 15! Together you raised $100,000 to help neighbors in need and prevent homelessness and hunger in our community! More than 300 guests enjoyed fabulous food from 17 of the best local restaurants, 9 fine wines for tastings, hundreds of silent auction items and a fun live auction! The heads and tails game winner of the XL Oval Ceramic Primo Grill was Pam Jones! Congratulations Doug and Missy MacGinnitie on winning the raffle, choice of trips to NYC or Italy! See everyone next year!

1st Annual Taste of the Food Trucks Festival!
Get hungry and help us support one of CAC's largest food donors, Second Helpings of Atlanta! The 1st Annual Taste of the Trucks Festival on Saturday, November 12th, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the field of the Concourse in Sandy Springs (King & Queen Buildings). Enjoy this day of food, music, fun and more! Second Helpings, a nonprofit founded by Temple Sinai, rescues and distributes more than 100,000 pounds worth of meals to Atlanta agencies that serve those in need on a daily basis, including CAC. Tickets are $5 in advance $10 at the door.
