This 2-hour course will discuss the importance of understanding what stress is, how it develops, what the symptoms are, healthy choices to reduce stress, and how continued stress can cause health problems if not addressed. 

The presenter will discuss how to recognize stress in the senior resident, caregivers and themselves to help provide a healthy living environment for all.
