Conway Cruisin' 4 Alzheimer's Care

Dear Friend, 

Alzheimer's Arkansas - Conway Chapter proudly presents to you our fourth annual "Cruisin' 4 Alzheimer's Care" which takes place on March 11, 2017 at the Conway Country Club. This exciting evening will consist of food, drinks, auction items, sports memorabilia, and a chance to win a Cruise. Our goal is to raise $13, 000 dollars that will be used for Alzheimer's Arkansas Programs and Services. In order to meet our goal, we are asking for sponsorships from local businesses and individuals. 

By giving to this annual event you'll be supporting Alzheimer's Arkansas and helping us provide assistance to those in our community. We ask that you will consider becoming a host of this special evening with a sponsorship donation of $100. Your donation will be recognized at our event in several ways. As a host, your name will be placed on all material and banners that publicized the event at well as announced verbally at the event itself. You will also receive entry for two people to the event as well as a total of four drink tickets, also 2 raffle tickets for the cruise. If you cannot sponsor, we are also selling single tickets for $35 each or couple tickets for $60. You may wish to only buy raffle tickets; they are 1 for $10 or 3 for $25. 

Alzheimer's disease is the most common form of dementia disorders, affecting as any as 5 million Americans, that includes over 100,000 Arkansans. Alzheimer's disease is a progressive, degenerative disease that attacks the brain and results in impaired memory, thinking, and behavior.
