Better Boundaries

Set limits for what is safe, appropriate and important to you by discovering how to define what your boundaries are and how sustain and enforce them.

Co-taught with Amy Driskill, therpist

 Amy offers a holistic approach to therapy in recognizing the necessity to incorporate the mind, body and spirit by using mindfulness based approaches. She works from a strengths-based approach in that her role is to help guide people to their best health using their current struggles as a path towards healing.

Classes are $35 each and include a workbook, badge and shop local goodie bag.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins. 

 Tickets are nonrefundable; however they are transferrable to someone else if you can’t make it to class.
