Arts Orange County Relocates to New Arts Hub

Arts Orange County has moved into the new building housing Pacific Symphony and OC Music & Dance.  It is located on the corner of MacArthur & Fitch in Irvine, just off the 55 Freeway about one mile from John Wayne Airport.  The building is the brainchild of arts patron and founder of Pick Up Stix restaurants Charlie Zhang.  Twenty years ago, Arts Orange County was initially housed in the offices of the Orange County Community Foundation, and later moved to the Lake Center complex in Santa Ana where is operated for more than a decade.  "For many years, ArtsOC envisioned the establishment of one or more arts incubator or arts hub buildings in the county, so it was a dream come true for us when we learned of the opportunity to lease space in this newly opened facility," commented ArtsOC President & CEO Rick Stein.  ArtsOC will announce an open house reception in the near future.
