Margaret Wheatley had it right when she said, "There's no power greater than a community that has discovered what it cares about."

This amazing community has  it right when, together, year after year, and day in and Sleep Out, we turn that power on for the families and kids entrusted to our care.

There's a reason people want to live in a caring community like ours. A place where everyone counts and everywhere a family or child shows up people care, and where systems and sectors work together for the good of all.

The Sleep Out has become a visual, powerful way for us to come together to care for one another. To keep the light of love and justice burning in our midst.

It's such a privilege to know you, to live and work alongside all of you who -- year after year and day in and day out -- step up to make miracles of hope and healing happen.

Our hearts, and the hearts of the families and kids who will have a better future because you care, leap with thanks for your help in making a just-in-time Sleep Out miracle happen.

A SLEEP OUT MIRACLE

Thanks to this community's incredible generosity and your tremendous efforts, we have raised $2,174,000 of our $2,184,000 goal for Sleep Out 2016. Hooray -- we are so close to being able to help all 2,184 families we expect to see in the coming year!

Can you believe there are only 10 families left to help? Donate  online, by cash or check through the weekend to help us bring this miracle full circle.

Meet Brittany, one of the lives you changed with your Sleep Out gifts.
