Alderwoman
15th Ward

I have heard from scores of constituents over the past ten days, since the national and state election results came in. Many people are deeply concerned, and are looking for a place to channel anxieties into action.

In response, I'd like to invite you to "So What's Next", a public forum I've been organizing with the 15th Ward Democrats to bring our community together.

Representatives from the ACLU, the Anti-Defamation LeagueNARAL, Planned Parenthood, Jobs with Justice, MIRA, the International Institute, Mobilize Missouri and others will assess the impact of a Trump presidency and GOP-led Congress, as well as what it will mean to have a conservative Missouri Governor, Attorney General and General Assembly. We will discuss ways to get involved and to support one another.

So What's Next?
a public forum organized by
the 15th Ward Democrats
and Alderman Megan Green
Sunday, November 20th
3 PM to 5 PM
at Oak Hill Presbyterian Church
4111 Connecticut, St. Louis, MO 63116

The forum represents a starting point, and a chance to come together as a community that cares about our neighbors near and far. Without a doubt, we are much stronger if we unite to find a way forward.

I hope you are able to attend, but even if you are not able or not ready to at this point, there will be more opportunities in the near future. Thank you for caring, and please continue to reach out to me via email, text, Facebook message or in person.

Next week, I will have updates for you on the results of Participatory Budgeting and much more.

Thanks for all you do to make the 15th Ward in St. Louis a wonderful place to call home. It's an honor to serve as your Alderwoman.

Sincerely,

Megan
