Retired Fairfax County Attorney David P. Bobzien, Esq. has joined The McCammon Group after twenty-three years of service as the County Attorney for Fairfax. Prior to his appointment as County Attorney, David served for thirteen years as an Assistant Counsel in the Office of Professional Responsibility of the U.S. Department of Justice. David is a Past President of the Virginia State Bar, the Local Government Attorneys of Virginia, the Virginia Law Foundation, and the Fairfax Law Foundation. Hon. Joel Cunningham (Ret.)

Hon. Joel C. Cunningham (Ret.) - Halifax

Judge Joel Cunningham has joined The McCammon Group after nineteen years of distinguished judicial service. He first served on the bench of the General District Court for the 10th Judicial District then was elected to serve as a Judge on the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit. Prior to his service on the bench, Judge Cunningham served for a decade as Highway Condemnation Counsel for the Virginia Department of Transportation, throughout which time he also enjoyed a successful private practice in Halifax County. Hon. James Hawks (Ret.)

Hon. James C. Hawks (Ret.) - Portsmouth

Judge James Hawks has joined The McCammon Group after eighteen years of public service in Portsmouth. Most recently, he served for a decade as a Judge of the 3rd Judicial Circuit, including a term as Chief Judge. During this time, he presided over a variety of cases including but not limited to FELA, Jones Act, and asbestos matters. Prior to his appointment to the bench, he was elected to serve two terms on the Portsmouth City Council. Judge Hawks also enjoyed a successful general practice of law in the City of Portsmouth for over thirty years, providing counsel in practice areas including personal injury, family law, real estate, and corporate disputes. Hon. Winship Tower (Ret.)

Hon. Winship C. Tower (Ret.) - Virginia Beach

Judge Winship Tower has joined The McCammon Group after sixteen years of distinguished judicial service on the Virginia Beach Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court. Judge Tower is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonal Lawyers, and she practiced finance and family law in Hampton Roads for twenty years prior to her appointment to the court. She is a member of The Boyd-Graves Conference and a former member of the I'Anson-Hoffman Inn of Court. A statewide leader in family law, Judge Tower is Past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Family Law Section of the Virginia State Bar and Past Chair of the Domestic Relations Section of the Virginia Bar Association. TMG's Tiered Fee Schedule: Hourly rates starting at $200 per hour
The McCammon Group (TMG) has a Tiered Fee Schedule in place that reflects the differences in size and complexity of cases. While some may know TMG for our work on larger cases, our Tiered Fee Schedule allows our Neutrals to be available in handling even the smallest cases in a cost-effective manner. The hourly rates range from $200 to $575 for VA and MD cases, and $300 to $675 for DC cases. Please click links below to view our fee schedules:
