2. Help This Client Who is Struggling With Cancer Fight a 3rd Party Creditor

This client was diagnosed with Stage 3 Colon Cancer. After the client's first visit, she had a balance remaining on her account.  Three months later, the client was admitted again for health issues. After the second hospital visit, the client filed her claims under her health insurance and the healthcare provider paid the account balance. The client has since received a complaint  from a 3rd party creditor stating that she owes $300. Client has repeatedly asked for an itemized list of expenses, and proof of assignment. However, client has not received the documents. (17-000-7727)
