HOMETOWN HERO GRANT

Purpose:  Every year the Rancho Cordova Rotary Club Charitable Foundation will grant an individual, or organization, funds to complete their proposed idea to improve Rancho Cordova schools, parks, playgrounds, or programs, to make life better for the residents of Rancho Cordova. The proposed funding for the Hometown Hero Grant will be approved for each Fiscal Year by the RCRCCF Board of Directors.

 

Grant Available 2017:   

$3,500.00 will be the Hometown Hero Grant Award for 2017

 

Rules of Engagement:  Applicants for the Hometown Hero Grant will need to complete an application for review by the RCRCCF Board by March 15 ^th for consideration. Grant funds will be distributed in May of every Fiscal Year. Applicants must use the funds for their improvement project within the plan year and be willing to have their final project documented and photos/story published after completion. Projects will only be considered within Rancho Cordova. Please be specific on the essay portion of the application on how your proposed idea/project will improve Rancho Cordova and our residents. No incomplete applications will be considered.
