Presentations from CAL OSHA, CUPA (Hazmat) and Safety Kleen will focus on recent regulatory changes within OSHA including the new Global Harmonization efforts, as well as guidance on state drycleaning regulations and state reporting guidelines.

The cost of compliance workshop is only $80 for non-members, $60 for Budget members, $40 for Silver Members, $20 for Gold Members, and Premier members can send 2 people at no charge (additional attendees for Premier Members are $20 each).

A.L. Wilson, RR Streets, and Seitz will explore the complex world of the stain removal process using a combination of chemistry and technique. Participants will learn how to use their entire stain removal arsenal including bleaches to combat today's toughest stains. Whether you are a newcomer to the spotting board or a seasoned veteran -- you will learn valuable tips and tools to make your job easier.

The cost of spotting program is only $200 for non-members, $150 for Budget members, $100 for Silver Members, $50 for Gold Members, and Premier members can send 2 people at no charge (additional attendees for Premier Members are $50 each). Lunch will be provided. All who attend on Saturday are invited to attend Friday's Regulatory Compliance Workshop at no charge.

Tour Prestige Cleaners

In addition to the Spotting Demonstration, Prestige Cleaners will be operating its equipment Saturday morning and they have invited all to come and tour the facility.  You can see the latest and greatest equipment in action and see first hand the efficiency and productivity you can achieve with the right tools.

On Friday evening, February 3, the Board will be holding a group dinner at the Lion's Gate Hotel.

 All drycleaners are invited to attend and get to know the CCA Board Members and new Executive Director, Peter Blake. Dinner will begin at 7:00 and the cost will be $40/person

The CCA Board will hold it's Winter Board Meeting on Saturday, February 4 from 9:00 am-1:00 p.m. at the Lion's Gate Hotel. All members are invited, and encouraged to attend. This is a great opportunity to learn more about CCA and how you can get involved.

Prestige Cleaners
The Spotting demonstration will be held at Prestige Cleaners located at 4333 Winter St, Sacramento, CA 95838.  In addition to the demonstration, participants will be taken on a plant tour showcasing some of the most modern equipment on the market today.  New equipment includes the Sankosha single buck shirt unit and the latest GreenEarth machine with all the bells and whistles.
