Jose "Jochy" Blanco, is a personal friend of owner, Kendall Culbertson, and makes his first ever appearance, not only at The Outlaw, but anywhere! 
"Jochy" (pronounced Ho-Che) is a giant in the industry! A world renowned tobacco grower, producing some of the finest tobaccos in the world, from flavorful fillers and delightful binders, to the exquisite wrappers of the utmost quality. Blanco's company, Tabacalera Palma, has developed numerous private labels for many of the leading cigar companies in the world. Outlaw Cigars newest release, High Plains, is a great example of the quality cigars that come out of the Tabacalera Palma factory. Jochy has improved tobacco growing, harvesting, curing and processing techniques, is also a master blender and now releases his first ever line of cigars.
