Welcome to Spring 2017 at Wallace State
Welcome to Spring 2017 Semester at Wallace State Community College, and thank you for choosing Wallace State as the place to continue your educational journey.

The Spring semester is always an exciting time as graduation approaches and students begin careers or head off to four-year colleges. It's also a busy time of the year as Spring sports gear up, starting with the Wallace State Lions men's and women's basketball teams. Remember that students are admitted free to all home games during the regular season with their Student ID.

Wallace State's Fine and Performing Arts programs are also preparing for a number of performances and events, starting with its Preview Day on January 27 from 9 a.m. to noon. Students and the public are invited to attend Preview Day to learn about the Fine and Performing Arts programs and see and hear and sampling of what's to come in the Spring semester and learn about upcoming scholarship auditions.

The Theatre department is prepping for its production of "Our Town" March 9-12. The Wallace State Singers will pay tribute to Elvis Presley April 6-8. The Jazz Band will holds its annual Big Band Ballroom Dance on April 21, and the Concert Band and Jazz Band will present their Spring Concert on April 27.

Stay up to date on everything that's going on at Wallace State by visiting the Wallace State Calendar page on the college's website.
