**Book of Faith Series on Matthew!
We have 1 leader guide and 1 learner guide. This is a perfect study, as we begin year A, the year of Matthew on November 27, at the beginning of Advent. Written by Troy Troftgruben. This eight-session course explores the following selected passages from Matthew:
1: The Birth of the Messiah (Matthew 1:18-2:12)
2: This Is My Son, the Beloved (Matthew 3:13-4:11)
3: You Are the Salt of the Earth (Matthew 5:1-16 [17-20], 21-48)
4: You of Little Faith (Matthew 14:13-36)
5: Who Do You Say That I Am? (Matthew 16:13-17:9 [13])
6: Where Two or Three Are Gathered in My Name (Matthew 18:1-22 [23-35])
7: My God, My God, Why Have You Forsaken Me? (Matthew 27:32-56)
8: I Am with You Always (Matthew 28:1-10 [11-15], 16-20)

"Peace at the Last: Visitation with the Dying"  is a richly illustrated liturgy for use by individuals and groups who are visiting those who a re dying. The text is drawn from the psalms,  Evangelical Lutheran Worship,  and other sources. Simple musical refrains easily sung without accompaniment are also provided. These words, images, and songs, gathered in a beautiful and portable from, will help Christians to accompany those who are dying, assuring them that "whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's." (Romans 14:8).
Peace at the Last emerged out of congregational need and experience at Lake Chelan Lutheran Church in Chelan, Washington. The creative team includes Pastor Paul Palumbo, composer and musician Rolf Vegdahl, artist Wendy Schramm, and the Lake Chelan Lutheran congregation.
