Hundreds Attend Commit to Fit With MMW!
As you can see, "Commit to be Fit 2017" was a huge hit!! The band "People Who Could Fly" was fabulous! The weather was Tucson perfect! Lots of people made their 2017 commitment and placed it in our time capsule. The Pilates Walk with Body Works owner Kyria Sabin was so interesting and fun. We even danced! Thanks to everyone! The key to commitment is showing up next Wednesday! :-)

If you want to walk in the light, did you know that you can walk BEFORE MMW starts? Get your walk in early while it's daylight, then check in at 5:15 when you return! Take a Stretch & Strength class, Tai Chi, or enjoy the DocWalk (all in lighted areas!) Then, meet us for the raffle. Don't let these winter skies keep you from getting out and active! Questions? St. Philip's provides chairs and benches for our use
...you will find them along the wall near the stairs. Just grab a chair or bench when you want one. With any luck, a few of you will help us return them to that spot when we are finished with them. Thanks! We knew you would!! :-)
