Join us for our Christmas Chapel tomorrow at 8:15 A.M. - 9:15 A.M.
This will be a sweet time to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus, and listen to scripture read and music performed by students from every grade. We will carol to area nursing homes after chapel, and return to a pizza party at 11:30 A.M. Early dismissal is at 12:30 P.M.
Matching Campaign Update
Dear Parents,

I'm excited to share that to date we have had donations and pledges of 4.89 million dollars towards our initial goal of 5 million. Praise God! A generous foundation has offered to match donations made by December 31; please help us raise the remaining $38,000 of this matching opportunity!

STEM Christmas Camps
December 18-20

A new STEM camp that brings the joy of Christmas and the excitement for STEM at the same time. While at Christmas Chemistry, students explore chemistry with a Christmas theme. Investigations include different types of slime (chemical reactions, solutions and mixtures), solve a STEM challenge relating to Christmas cookies (engineering design process, problem solving), and create ornaments based on science (crystal growth).

The purpose of the evening is for parents to preview their child's upcoming grade level, meet our teachers, visit our classrooms and preview next year's curriculum.
This night is reserved for parents only.

Student Artwork
Mrs. Whitley will be uploading artwork to Artsonia.com after the first of the year. There you will be able to create and purchase gifts with your child's art.  
Volunteers are needed after the Christmas break to assist Mrs. Whitley in uploading artwork into Artsonia. Please contact Mrs. Whitley if you can help.
Wholesome Food Assistance Needed
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
To continue our relationship with Wholesome Foods, we need 6 new volunteers a week to help with hot lunches on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. We try to limit all volunteers to 1 to 2 hours a week. We need new volunteers to assist with this great opportunity to spend time with your child during lunch, get to know their friends, and help organize wholesome food lunches.
