Hello Division Constituents and Community Partners,

I am excited to share with you a new resource for families developed by the Division in collaboration with the  Regional Family Support Planning Councils. The  Supports Program Policies and Procedures Manual: A Quick Guide for Families can assist families in gaining a basic understanding of the Supports Program   and its service benefits.

While this guide can be helpful for any family newly entering Division services and the Supports Program, it is particularly valuable for middle and high school students with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families. Please share this resource with your networks, and encourage school personnel to make it available to families of students eligible for school-based services.

We expect to have a limited number of print copies available in the future.

Thank you.
