Schooler Lecture

We are pleased to announce that NBA all-time leading scorer, New York Times-bestselling author, and U.S. Cultural Ambassador Kareem Abdul-Jabbar will join us on campus on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 to present the Schooler Lecture.

Interest in this year's Schooler Lecture has been unprecedented! Ticket requests exceeded the capacity of the Timken Gymnasium. As a result, for the first time in the history of the series, the Schooler Lecture will be moved from the gymnasium to the Peterson Field House, which will open up another 2,000-plus seats.

Click here for more information on what Kareem will be presenting and how to get complementary tickets before they run out!

The President's Rescue Fund

This past year, the Mount Union community worked in tandem with the Office of Advancement, the Office of Enrollment Management, and the Office of the President to create the President's Rescue Fund, an account specifically designed to help students remain at the University of Mount Union and complete their degrees.

With their own college experiences in mind,  Mount Union's alumni, friends, faculty, and staff hope to pass onto current students the same opportunities and generosity they received during their time at Mount.
