Thank you for choosing me as MVP client 2016. Since 2008 , I have been walking through those doors of H&H Fitness 3-4 times a week and I continue to be motivated and energized
by Christina Larson and the trainers.
It's not that I haven't met my original goal, it's that when I reach a goal I add a new one. I have found that even though my goals change, my lifestyle changes and the seasons change, I still incorporate weights, cardio and nutrition. It's an absolute and my stability.
His and Her Fitness makes it easy bringing flexibility and insight into my overall plan of staying healthy and strong long into my retirement years. If you are a client of H&H, I encourage you to push and challenge yourself a little more. If you are not yet a client, I invite you to give H&H a try.
