REAA NEWSLETTER
A newsletter to keep you informed about what's "up with arts."

Letter from the BOD President:
All members and friends,

August was a busy month for the REAA!  The River's Edge Players had 3 successful productions of "Disney's The Little Mermaid".  We also sponsored our 3 week Fun Family Nights events on Wednesdays in Marlborough.  I'd like to thank everyone who participated in and/or attended our programs in August.

I cannot believe that the month of September is right around the corner!  Local schools begin classes this week and with Labor Day taking place next weekend, it is the unofficial end of summer.

Although summer is almost over, we have some wonderful programs kicking off this month.  Registrations for River's Edge School of Music are now open.  The River's Edge Chorale will be starting rehearsals in late September.  We have also announced our Art in the Hall calendar for the next year.  We are now accepting registrations for our next exhibit; Animal Adventures.  Read on for details on these programs and more.

Looking ahead into the fall, we are planning a fundraising event at the Hudson Speakeasy, Less Than Greater Than, on the evening of Monday, October 30.  Be watching for more information on this event in the coming weeks.

Warm Regards,
Lisa Schliker
REAA BOD President
