Volunteer Help Needed for Blues Fest!


We are still looking for individual and corporate teams of volunteers to help fill specific shifts for this weekend's Blues Fest:


Friday Needs
for Front Gate, Check-Ins, Exit Gates and Other General Volunteer Stations

6 volunteers

from 4:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

11 volunteers

from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.


Saturday Needs
for Front Gate, Check-Ins, Exit Gates and Other General Volunteer Stations

6 volunteers

from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

5 volunteers

from 1:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.

14 volunteers

from 6:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Sunday Needs for the Children's Area in City Park.

10 volunteers

from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The event runs Thursday to Sunday, June 2-5. Volunteers receive free event admission for the day they volunteer, including enjoying the event after their volunteer work shift. Volunteers also receive a volunteer T-shirt.
June 2016 Exhibits 

The Washington County Arts Council, Inc. presents two exhibits in June 2016.
The Gallery located at 34 S Potomac Street in the heart of the Hagerstown A & E District will feature, the 2016 Blues Fest Poster Artist, Larry Poncho Brown in both the Main and Hall Galleries along with the
winners of the 2016 Children's Blues Fest T-Shirt Contest.
Meet Baltimore MD native, Larry Poncho Brown at the opening reception on Thursday, June 2, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The exhibits continue through June 28, 2016.
