Yoga with Nadia is Back...
Yoga is the union of body, mind and breath. Nadia Olsen's series of yoga classes offers a path to healing and wellness that is unique. Sessions are progressive within each series and within the year. Each session builds upon the previous session to introduce each student to a sequence of asanas (yoga positions) to create body awareness, flexibility, strength, healing and inner quiet.
The sessions are not drop-in and require signing up before the beginning of each session. All newcomers begin with the Level I series, irrespective of one's yoga background.
13-Week Series

Members - signup is required.
Non-Members - signup is required, plus $300 fee.
Level I
Monday, 7:30 - 9:00pm
Level II
Tuesday, 10:30am - 12:00pm
Thursday, 7:30pm - 9:00pm
Level III
Tuesday, 7:30 - 9:00pm
