Reception Honoring Evon Bair

Kitchen Coordinator Position
Stephanie Adams has resigned from her position as Kitchen Coordinator to pursue full-time culinary employment. We appreciate Stephanie and all the delicious meals she has prepared and coordinated!
If you or someone you know is interested in this part-time role (most hours on Wednesdays), please submit a letter and resume to Melanie Grice. The Kitchen Coordinator plans the menus, purchases food and supplies, prepares meals, organizes the church kitchen and coordinates volunteers who help prepare and serve meals. There may also be opportunities to plan other activities such as meals for church groups and special events, including on weekends.

Our Bible study is The Bible and Human Sexuality.
We will meet each Thursday this month in the Hallelujah Center Rm 7 at 6pm for refreshments, study, fun, fellowship and prayer. Childcare is available in the Nursery.

Communion Server Training
There will be a training for all communion servers and coordinators in the Sanctuary at 12:15pm this Sunday, January 22. Even if you have been to training previously, we would like you to attend. This
Sunday, January 22, we will begin with a snack supper in the Family Life Center at 5:30pm followed by food packaging in backpacks for our weekend supplemental food program for area Elementary schools. Children are welcome to participate and nursery will be provided for children under three. Youth will also join their entire church family at Mission 1025.

Be a Part of SAGES Connection
Volunteers are needed for our visitation ministry to Senior Adults. If you are interested in providing care to senior adults, you are invited to attend a gathering to be matched with an individual or couple in need of support.

Eggos and the Great Egg Drop

munch on scrumptious Eggos and then see just how high we can drop an egg from without it breaking!

This past weekend we made Good News Jars in Sunday School. Through out the week encourage your family to leave messages of Good News in the jar. Take time periodically to read the messages to each each other!
