Wed Oct 25 - Ribbon Cutting at 4:30 PM for Delta Hotels by Marriott South Sioux City Riverfront, 385 E. 4th St. The former Marina Inn Hotel & Conference Center is now Marriott's newest full-service hotel brand, Delta Hotels. Open House following the ribbon cutting until 7:00 PM with appetizers and drinks.
Thur Oct 26 - Ground Breaking at 11:00 AM for the Sioux City Art Center's Gilchrist Learning Center, at the John Henry Sculpture at 3rd and Pierce St. Parking on the Art Center Campus is limited due to construction.  Adjacent parking is available.
Thur Oct 26 - Ribbon Cutting at 4:30 PM for The Sioux City Conservatory of Music, 1309 Pierce St. They will unveil their newest project, Rhythm Section Studio.
Mon Oct 30 - Ribbon Cutting at 4:30 PM for Visiting Angels, 3133 Floyd Blvd. They are celebrating their new location on Floyd Blvd. Open House following the ribbon cutting until 6:00 PM.
