I hope everyone had a safe and happy New Year.  The Chamber staff is back at work and ready to get 2017 started.

 

First up is our new Women in Business Luncheon. This is a joint effort with the NE Technology Center, which also hosts WIB lunches in Pryor and Claremore.  They have been hugely successful in these communities and we are looking for a great turnout in Miami next week.  Make your reservations today by calling the Chamber office at 918-542-4481.

 

It is also time to make plans to attend the Chamber's annual awards banquet on January 26.  We will be honoring local businesses and organizations for their outstanding achievements in 2016.  Please plan to be part of it.  Early bird pricing ends January 12.

The Suitcase Project
 
Help support children placed in foster care by donating a new or nearly new suitcase. 
  
Call Teresa Karliskint at 918-533-2656.  She will pick-up donated suitcases and deliver them to the Ottawa County Foster Care Unit.
